In The Beginning
Seventy Three Years Ago, Delphi DelRoddy Came Into This World Just Two Years After The Fall Of The Turkish Stock Market. This Event Resulted In The Termination Of Communications And Travels Between Rand DelRoddy, Delphi's Father, And Eventually Deceased Father, And The World Renowned Pigeon Racer scarsden Powell, Soon To Be Delphi's Deceased Father -In-Law. Delphi's Mother And Father Sent Her To The Boon Institute In Bowlmands, New Zeland At An Early Age So She Can Learn Accounting And The Skills To Become A Great Tradesman. But Delphi Had Other Interests In Mind.
She Wasn't Interested In Academics; She Wanted To Become A Great Bowler. Because Of This, She Eventually Abandoned Her Studies Without Completing Them And Instead, Studied The Intricate Art Of Contact Bowling. Aside From Having A Stocky And Muscular Physique, Delphi Was Also An Intelligent And Dedicated Woman. Soon, She Found Herself Getting Accepted Into The Mercenary University, Which Was Just Outside Her Home Town. Delphi Was Not Even 16 Years Old. Because Of Her Outstanding Performance, Delphi Was Gradually Promoted Through The Ranks Of The University. After Some Time,She Became A Soldier. Her Choice To Disobey Her Parents' Wishes Led To Her Being Disavowed By Them. As Soon As They Found Out What Delphi Had Done, They Felt Betrayed. For Them, Her Chosen Profession Was Extremely "Barbaric." Although This Caused Her Grief, It Didn't Last Long Because She Later Found Solace. This Came In The Form Of A Father Figure In Scarsden Powell II, The University's Commander. Her Relationship With Scarsden Became Very Close. So Much So That Scarsden Tutored Delphi Industriously In The Arts Of Bowling, Strategy And Leadership.
Delphi's First Exposure In Combat Experience Was In Tribal Wars Where She Campaigned Under The Infancy Of What Was Then Known As "The Six Year International Contract Against The pro bowlers association (PBA)". Equipped With The Skills And Knowledge Which She Gained Through Scarsden's Intensive Training, Delphi Did Exceptionally Well In Open-Handed Bowl-Offs. This Later Resulted In Receiving An Instructor's Position At The University.
Her Commander Turned Father-Figure—Turned Husband-Figure-Scarsden—Would Later Step Down From His Role Because Of Memory Loss, Frailty, And Other Conditions Caused By Old Age Even Though He Was Only 36 Years Old. The University Had To Maintain Its Proud Existence Of Excellence. Unfortunately, scarsden's Condition Prevented Him From Performing All Of His Functions.
At Only 23 Years Of Age, Delphi Was Elected As scarsden's Successor, And She Assumed Command. Everyone Knew That Delphi Would Fit Well As The New Commander Of The University. She Had A Pleasant Face With Bright Blue Eyes And Black Hair, Which She Always Kept Shortly Trimmed. Because Of Her Combat Experiences, Delphi Was Able To Establish A Wide Range Of Connections With Combat Acquaintances And Even Mercenaries Throughout The Dark Reign Of The Redoubtable PGA. She Also Maintains And Continues The University's Contact Bowling Team While Continuing To Issue Contracts With Her Men. Through The Years, Delphi Earned A Reputation As A Worthy And Well- Respected Man, Despite Being A Woman. She Tends To Keep Her Word Until Death And Lives By A Code Of Honor. She Maintains Professional And Cordial Relationships With Her Fellow Instructors And Serves Her Purpose Contently In Her Quaint Quarters In Eledor. Delphi Passed Away Ungracefully And Loudly On March 31, 2022 In The Bowling Hall Of Fame For Which She Was Not A member.
